At the start, everything waits for your approval. A cap in euros limits what Heylio can spend on its own: €50 by default.
Your rules
A rule says when it applies, what Heylio does, and how far it goes. It goes through three states before acting for real.
« When a customer asks for a refund within 14 days, offer an exchange first. »
The safeguards
A reply can wait 1, 3 or 10 minutes, long enough to cancel it.
Every reply is checked against your content. When in doubt, Heylio drafts a reply or hands over.
The log keeps every action, with the conversation that triggered it.
When a human answers in its place, Heylio suggests an article or an instruction. Nothing applies without you.
Your data
In all honesty
Your turn
Heylio handles your real requests without sending anything, and shows you what it would have done.
