The heart of the price
What is a resolution?
Heylio replied on its own, and the customer didn't write back for 72 hours.
- If a human takes over the conversation, it doesn't count.
- If you disagree, you dispute it in one click.
How you pay
On your Shopify invoice, or by card.
- On Shopify: on your Shopify invoice, plans in US dollars, 14-day free trial on paid plans.
- Otherwise: by card, in euros excluding VAT, packs available.
- No commitment.
Pricing questions
Before you choose.
What happens if I reach my limit?
On the Free, Starter or Growth plan, Heylio pauses and warns you beforehand. You reply by hand, change plan or, outside Shopify, add a pack. On the Scale plan, Heylio does not pause.
Is there a trial?
Yes: the Free plan, with 25 resolutions included, no credit card. On Shopify, paid plans also start with a 14-day free trial.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. There is no commitment: you stop or change plan from your account.
